Should you encounter a situation where the product you receive is damaged, defective, or misprinted, it's important to note that there's no obligation to send the product back to us.

For any claims related to items that are damaged, defective, or misprinted, we kindly request that you submit these claims within 30 days of receiving the product. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're here to assist you throughout this process.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders across the US. Your orders will be fulfilled within approximately 7 days. Please keep in mind that the time it takes to process orders is separate from the time it takes for shipping.

For orders within the US, you can expect an estimated shipping time of 3-4 business days after the item is fulfilled. However, in the event of a high volume of orders, there might be a slight delay in shipments by a few days. We recommend allowing for some extra transit days for the delivery.

Please note that when you place an order with multiple products, each item may be shipped separately.

While we're pleased to provide complimentary standard shipping for all US orders, we're also gearing up to introduce international shipping. For international orders, the shipping charges will be automatically calculated and included in your order total during checkout. These charges will vary based on factors such as the destination of your order, as well as the weight and dimensions of the items in your cart.
