This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds or exchanges for products purchased from our online store at https://cafetitude.com. Please take a moment to read and understand the following guidelines to ensure a seamless process in the unlikely event that you need to initiate a refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to assist you every step of the way.

RETURNS

We basically don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there is something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support@cafetitude.com.

What if my product is damaged/defective/misprinted?

Our team does proper quality checks on every order that ships. If you have still received a damaged or defective product, drop us an email at: support@cafetitude.com. After inspecting proof we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund. After sending us an email you will be informed about the next steps accordingly.

  • For any claims related to items that are damaged, defective, or misprinted, we kindly request that you submit these claims within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • In the case of receiving a damaged or defective product, please note that you are not required to return the product to us.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts-we have one for every item listed on out store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you order was mislabeled. If that is the case, please let us know at support@cafetitude.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.

REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENT

If you encounter a situation where the product you receive is damaged, defective, or misprinted, send us an email with photos and video proof. After receiving your email and inspecting all the photos and video proof, we will process your refund or replacement. Please allow at least fourteen (14) business days to process your refund or replacement. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method that You used while making the purchase. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

Which are cases that cannot be refunded/replaced?

Refund/replace will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • If a request is initiated after 30 days of delivery of an order.
  • If you entered the wrong shipping address at the time of placing the order.
  • The serial number has been defaced.
  • The product is intentionally damaged/destroyed.
  • Return or replacement request for any free or complimentary products.
  • Any other reasons which are not covered under the cases in the previous section. For example, "I placed an order for the wrong product", "Product is no longer required", “I don’t like the product”, “I have ordered the wrong size” etc.

CANCELLATIONS

At Cafetitude, we strive to offer a streamlined shopping experience for our valued customers. Please note that once an order has been successfully placed on our online store, it cannot be canceled or modified by the customer. We understand that circumstances may change; however, our operational efficiency and commitment to prompt order fulfillment make it necessary for us to maintain a strict no-cancellation policy.

While customers are unable to cancel their orders, we reserve the right to cancel an order at our sole discretion. This may occur in situations including but not limited to:

  • Product Unavailability: In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund.
  • Suspected Fraud: To ensure the security of our customers and transactions, we may cancel an order if we suspect fraudulent activity or unauthorized use of payment information.
  • Violation of Terms: Orders that are found to be in violation of our Terms of Service or any applicable laws may be canceled.
  • Operational Limitations: If circumstances beyond our control prevent us from fulfilling an order, such as natural disasters, technological disruptions, or regulatory changes, we may choose to cancel the order and refund the customer.

In the event that we cancel an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the affected customer using the contact information provided during the order placement process. Any payments made for the canceled order will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.
